Naturopathic Doctor

Naturopathic Doctor (ND) — Mentorship, Profit Sharing & Emerging Clinical Leadership

RECHARGE HEALTH | East Bay, California

RECHARGE HEALTH is seeking a California-licensed Naturopathic Doctor to join our growing clinical team and help build a new model of personalized, root-cause healthcare.

This is a unique opportunity for an ND who wants more than a patient schedule.

You’ll have the opportunity to train directly alongside Dr. Justine Anderson and Dr. Patricia Rochette, develop your own patient panel, and grow toward a meaningful clinical leadership role within RECHARGE.

And because we believe the people who help build RECHARGE should participate in its success, this position includes profit-sharing eligibility in addition to base compensation.

About RECHARGE HEALTH

Most healthcare starts with: What symptom do you have?

At RECHARGE, we also ask: Why?

Our approach brings together comprehensive clinical evaluation, advanced testing, naturopathic and integrative care, bioenergetic assessment, metabolic and hormonal health, targeted therapies, and our signature RECHARGE Circuit.

We believe the body doesn't operate as a collection of separate parts, so we don't approach care that way. Our team works collaboratively to understand the different factors that may be contributing to a patient's health and adapts the care plan as the patient changes.

Learn From Decades of Clinical Experience

One of the most distinctive aspects of this opportunity is direct clinical mentorship.

Dr. Justine Anderson, D.C., N.D., L.Ac. brings more than 30 years of experience in naturopathic and integrative medicine, with extensive experience evaluating complex patients and incorporating naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, bioenergetic assessment, supplementation and other therapeutic approaches into individualized care.

Dr. Patricia Rochette, D.O. brings more than 30 years of medical experience, including internal medicine and hospital-based care, alongside her work developing Spiral Neural Repatterning and exploring the relationship between structure, fascia, the nervous system and whole-body health.

Rather than stepping into a practice and being expected to figure everything out independently, you'll have the opportunity to learn from both perspectives while developing your own clinical judgment and approach.

For a residency-trained or early- to mid-career ND, we believe this offers something increasingly difficult to find: real mentorship, significant clinical exposure, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a pathway to leadership.

The Opportunity

You'll begin by working closely with Dr. Anderson and Dr. Rochette, learning the RECHARGE approach and gradually assuming greater responsibility for patient care.

As your familiarity with our model and patient population grows, we envision you taking increasing ownership of:

Patient evaluation and ongoing clinical management

Individualized treatment planning and follow-up

Laboratory assessment and appropriate testing

Naturopathic treatment protocols

Metabolic and hormonal health

Nutritional, lifestyle, botanical and supplement recommendations

IV and targeted therapies, as appropriate to training, credentials and scope

Clinical documentation and care coordination

Development and refinement of RECHARGE clinical protocols

Collaboration with our broader practitioner and clinical support team

For the right person, this is designed to become much more than an associate ND position.

We are looking for someone we can invest in, mentor and develop into an important clinical leader as RECHARGE grows.

Who Will Thrive Here

This opportunity may be particularly compelling if you've completed a naturopathic residency and are asking yourself: What's next?

You have the clinical foundation. Now you want exposure to experienced clinicians, complex patients, innovative modalities, a multidisciplinary team and the opportunity to help shape a growing practice.

We're looking for someone who is:

Clinically curious. You want to understand why something is happening rather than simply addressing a symptom.

Collaborative. You enjoy working alongside other clinicians and recognize when a patient benefits from multiple perspectives.

Accountable. You take ownership of your patients, documentation, recommendations and follow-through.

Adaptable. We're building something new. Our systems will continue to evolve as we learn.

Ambitious. You want the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and help shape something as it grows.

Warm. Our patients should feel heard, cared for and confident that someone is paying attention to the whole picture.

Why RECHARGE?

At RECHARGE, you won't be practicing in isolation.

You'll have the opportunity to learn from highly experienced clinicians, build your own patient relationships, participate financially in the success you help create, and grow into increasing clinical responsibility and leadership.

We're building RECHARGE for the long term—and we're looking for a clinician who wants to grow with us.
