Guest Specialized Educator

About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to serve as Guest Specialized Educators on our campus. This is a flexible stipend position ideal for people who want to share their passion and knowledge by teaching engaging, one-time or short-series enrichment lessons to learners ages K–7th grade. No extensive teaching experience is required—passion, subject knowledge, and the ability to connect with kids are what matter most.You will come onto campus to deliver interactive lessons that enrich our students’ learning experience in a variety of subjects and electives.Lesson Categories (teach in one or more):

• Health & Nutrition
• Science
• History
• Government / Civics
• Music (strong emphasis – instruments, singing, rhythm, music appreciation, etc.)
• Foreign Language (Spanish or American Sign Language preferred)
• Hands-on Trades & Skills (woodworking, leatherwork, pottery, and similar crafts)
• Other enrichment electives (see below)

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for sharing knowledge with elementary and middle-school-aged students
• Ability to plan and deliver an engaging, age-appropriate lesson
• Reliability and professionalism
• Willingness to pass a background check (required for all candidates)

Responsibilities

• Design and teach one or more enrichment lessons on campus
• Create a positive, interactive learning experience for K–7 students
• Coordinate logistics with school staff regarding scheduling and materials

Compensation
Stipend position (details provided during the interview/hiring process).

Requirements

• Must successfully pass a background check
• Availability to come on campus to teach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children (tutoring, coaching, volunteering, etc.) is a plus but not required
• Knowledge or skill in music is especially valued
