Care Coordinator

Care Coordinators are assigned clients that are under their care. Mrs. Sally Jones, Mr. Bob Sanders, etc. (for example) will be assigned to you for you to coordinate and ensure they receive the best care possible.
The Care Coordinator is the point of contact for their clients and their family members, as well as the caregivers that serve those clients. Some other duties of the Care Coordinator are:
- Creating and Managing Job Postings and Applications
- Scheduling and Conducting Caregiver Interviews
- Conducting Employee Orientation
- Managing and Overseeing Caregivers
- Scheduling caregivers appropriately for the Client's needs
- Overseeing Caregiver compliance with regards to state regulation and company policy
- Conducting Caregiver Performance Reviews
- Filling-in Open Caregiver Shifts if needed
- Fostering Goodwill and Appreciation toward Caregivers
- Maintaining and Updating all Computer Records concerning Caregiver Records, Marketing Materials, Client Information, and more
- Designing, Implementing, and Conducting Community Activities and Events
- Conducting Supervisory Visits at Client’s Residence
