Job Title: Recruitment Research Manager Intern (Unpaid)

Duration: 4 Months, 5 Hours a Week (Exceptions for Midterms and Finals)

What You’ll Be Doing: 

As a recruitment research manager intern, you will oversee a team and help them research and post on new recruitment websites and job boards and see which ones are the best for promoting our jobs. You will use Google Sheets to keep track of a comprehensive amount of information. You will research how to improve our job postings and make them more appealing to applicants. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Use search engines like Google and Safari to find new recruitment websites for nonprofit organizations 
• Ensure that all team members comply with recruitment site standards when posting jobs 
• Help keep the team’s recruitment data organized 
• Make sure that team members consistently and professionally communicate with college career, internship, or volunteer centers 
• Research which majors are most applicable to each internship positon 
• Train new team members on how to conduct research and problem solve 
• Research how to create engaging job posts using graphics or photography 
• Train new team members and answer questions 

Qualifications

• Majoring in industrial organization psychology, business administration, business management, nonprofit management, writing, organizational leadership, management, advertising, marketing, labor or legal studies, graphic design, digital media, communications, art, film, public administration, hospitality management and related majors 
• Familiarity with search engines like Google and Safari
• Ability to use Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Meet 
• Professional written communication 
• Phone etiquette
• Ability to consistently communicate through our software's discussion messages as well as email
