T5 Acquisitions is hiring immediately for a Business Development & Client Relations Associate to join our growing Vancouver team. This is a fully on-site position designed for motivated students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, marketing, and business development.

We partner with nationally recognized brands to support customer acquisition and market growth through direct, relationship-based sales and marketing.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and professional development to help new team members build the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development & Client Relations Associate, you'll work directly with customers while gaining practical experience in sales, communication, and business operations.

You'll be responsible for:

Representing our clients and their brands professionally

Engaging directly with prospective customers

Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services

Building and maintaining positive customer relationships

Supporting customer acquisition and sales goals

Developing product knowledge and communicating information clearly

Tracking individual performance and working toward established goals

Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

Collaborating with team members and leadership to improve results

Developing skills in sales strategy, customer relations, leadership, and business development
