What You’ll Be Doing

As a Mental Health Counselor Outreach Manager, you will help with engagement and building relationships with mental health counselors, therapists, and mental health associations. You will assist in strengthening our mission by building a network of individuals and organizations that support the legislative priorities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute outreach plans to grow and maintain connections with mental health counselors that support our legislative priorities and expand influence. 
• Organize and coordinate outreach events focused on mental health policies and education. 
• Track engagement metrics, analyze effectiveness of outreach plans, and maintain pipelines with counselors. 
• Design and implement communication campaigns that represent our stance on mental health issues. 

Qualifications

• Education: Pursuing a major such as counseling, psychology, social work, public health, public policy, nonprofit management, political science, or communications.
• Location & Availability: Must work remotely during core business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (EST).
• Skills: Proficiency in digital collaboration (Zoom, Google Meets), strong understanding of mental health systems, excellent communication skills.
