UChicago Athletics Communications Intern
This internship is part of the University’s Jeff Metcalf Internship Program and is open to currently enrolled undergraduate students. By applying to this internship, you agree to the Student Recruiting Guidelines. Students are eligible to receive only one University-funded stipend for summer’27. This applies across all University funding programs, including Metcalf, merit scholarship, and other College-sponsored experiential learning grants. University stipends may not be combined or stacked.

The Communications Intern supports the promotion of Maroons teams and student athletes by assisting with Athletic Department communications and content creation across digital platforms. This role includes writing and editing content and helping maintain website and media materials. The intern will also coordinate with staff to highlight athletic achievements, and assist with other administrative duties as needed. This is an academic year internship.
