Teacher Associate

Make a real impact working with children and young adults ages 5-21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other complex needs. 

This hands-on role is ideal for college students or recent graduates in education, psychology, special education, social work, therapy, nursing, or human services.

What You'll Do:

Support students one-on-one and in small groups with academic, social, sensory, and communication skills. Assist with classroom activities, therapeutic interventions, outdoor learning, daily routines, and personal care, no two days are the same.

Our beautiful, wooded campus provides motivating outdoor learning environments as well as beautiful classrooms for students to practice critical academic and meaningful social skills throughout their school day. In addition to providing helpful instructional support, you will assist with personal care, meal preparation, and other reasonably related duties as assigned by the teacher.

Position Details

Starting pay: $18.75/hour

Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hour day shift
