POSITION PURPOSE: To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation for our 52-room boutique property. STARTING WAGE: $17.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Room Sanitation: Perform full-service cleaning including stripping/remaking linens, scrubbing bathrooms, and deep-cleaning floors.
• Detail Staging: Ensure all room furniture and amenities are arranged according to brand standards.
• Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues (leaks, lightbulbs, or damage) immediately to the Head Housekeeper.
• Linen Care: Assist with the sorting and transport of soiled linens to the laundry facility.
• Guest Interaction: Handle guest requests for extra items in a polite and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to be on your feet for an entire shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
• A high degree of reliability and an eye for detail.
