Job Title :  Training & Development Specialist III – Modern Work & Citizen AI Enablement . 

This contract role focuses on learning path & curriculum design, training delivery, instructional design, LMS/e-learning, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint, and AI enablement. You’ll also work closely with business leaders, HR, vendors, and stakeholders, while analyzing adoption data and measuring training impact.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 3–6+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and experience with program management, content development, assessment design, and vendor/stakeholder management.
