Job Title - Production Scheduler

Location - Davenport, IA

Shift: 3rd Shift position (10pm – 6am)

Duration -  12+ months with possibility to extend upon client needs and your performance
 

Job Description:

This is an 8-Hour, 3rd Shift position (10pm – 6am)

The manager is looking for a 3rd Shift Production Scheduler to be onsite in Davenport, IA.

This position will be responsible for scheduling support in the laser cutting and forming operations.

The manager would strongly prefer candidates with a 4-year degree in a relevant field with 1+ years of scheduling experience however consideration will be given to candidates with a minimum of a high school diploma/equivalent with 5+ years of scheduling experience in a production environment.

Specific Position Requirements

Must be proficient with MS Office and be an intermediate user of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.). SAP experience is strongly preferred.

Must be willing to work out on the floor approximately 50% of the time or more, but the rest of the time will be in an office environment.

This individual will be sitting with others who support the Fabrication operations - Supervisors, Engineers and other Schedulers.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.

Must be willing to work in a team environment.

This person would be expected to work independently on a daily basis with very little work direction.
