Bekaert is seeking a Production Manager to lead our wire rope manufacturing operations in Exeter, PA. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on driving safety, quality, productivity, employee development, and operational performance in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a heavy industrial environment
Experience leading supervisors and large hourly workforces
Union manufacturing experience required
Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement expertise
Strong track record of improving productivity, quality, and operational performance
