LLC4 Records Fall Internship Program

LLC4 Records, UntitledExport MGMT & WaveChange: 2026 Fall Internship Program

About LLC4 Records, Untitledexport MGMT & WaveChange:

LLC4 Records isn’t just another label, we’re a movement reshaping the future of music. Founded by Orlando Wharton, the powerhouse behind breakout careers like Fetty Wap, Kodak Black, and XXXTentacion, LLC4 operates in partnership with Def Jam Recordings, Virgin Music, and Ingrooves. Inspired by the Luis Llorens Torres housing projects in Puerto Rico, our namesake, we champion raw talent and elevate overlooked voices across Latin hip hop and American trap. In just the past 6 months, our catalog has grown over 600% in streams, proof that our vision is loud, clear, and resonating worldwide.

For our Fall 2026 Internship Program, LLC4 Records is joining forces with two companies operating alongside the label from our Fairfield, New Jersey office: Untitledexport MGMT, an artist management and music marketing agency, and WaveChange, a videography and creative content agency.

Together, the three companies provide students with a unique opportunity to experience multiple sides of the music industry at the same time. Interns will gain exposure to record label operations, artist management, music marketing, videography, content creation, and creative production while working within one collaborative environment.

The Opportunity:

Are you a highly motivated and passionate student eager to dive into the exciting world of the music industry? LLC4 Records, Untitledexport MGMT, and WaveChange are offering an immersive Fall Internship Program providing hands-on experience across multiple areas of the modern music business.

Rather than immediately placing interns into one department, students will have the opportunity to train and gain experience across all three companies, allowing them to explore different areas of the industry while identifying where their individual strengths, interests, and skills are best suited.

This is a unique opportunity to experience three different sides of the music industry from the same office, gaining an understanding of how a record label, management and marketing agency, and videography company work together to develop artists, create content, market releases, and execute campaigns.

As the semester progresses, interns will have the opportunity to focus more heavily on their areas of interest and expertise while continuing to gain a holistic understanding of the music business.

What You'll Do:

As a Fall Intern, you'll be an integral part of our team, supporting daily operations and contributing to active artist projects, releases, campaigns, and content initiatives. Interns will receive exposure to opportunities across LLC4 Records, Untitledexport MGMT, and WaveChange.

Here's a glimpse into potential areas and responsibilities:

Administrative & Label Operations:

• Assist with the meticulous management of invoices, receipts, and system data entry.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of producer, artist, and project clearance processes for releases.

• Support the development and tracking of budgets for upcoming releases, marketing campaigns, content, and events.

• Gain exposure to music distribution, release scheduling, metadata, assets, and other components of record label operations.

• Assist with organization and coordination across active artist releases.

A&R (Artists & Repertoire):

• Contribute to the development of artist research initiatives, building and maintaining comprehensive lists.

• Observe and learn from seasoned A&R professionals during artist pitching sessions.

• Gain exposure to the negotiation and evaluation process for potential artist signings.

• Assist with artist development initiatives and ongoing projects.

• Cultivate meaningful relationships with our artists, contributing to their growth and success.

• Develop an understanding of how A&R connects with marketing, management, content, and release strategy.

Artist Management & Marketing:

• Collaborate on the development and execution of innovative rollout plans for upcoming releases.

• Gain hands-on exposure to day to day artist management and career development.

• Explore the dynamic landscape of contemporary marketing strategies within the music industry.

• Assist with artist branding, social media strategy, content planning, and audience development.

• Work directly alongside professionals in digital, experiential, social media, and traditional marketing disciplines.

• Gain exposure to streaming strategy, digital advertising, campaign analytics, and audience growth.

• Help coordinate projects between artists, management, marketing teams, and outside partners.

• Gain a deep understanding of how cohesive and strategic campaigns drive artist and project impact.

Videography & Content Production:

• Gain hands-on exposure to music video, social media, and commercial content production.

• Assist with pre production planning, creative development, and shoot preparation.

• Participate in video and photo shoots for artists and clients.

• Learn how visual content is developed to support music releases and marketing campaigns.

• Gain exposure to videography, photography, lighting, production equipment, and studio workflows.

• Assist with short form content creation for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.

• Gain exposure to post production and video editing workflows.

• Develop an understanding of how creative direction and visual branding contribute to artist development and marketing.

A Unique Three Company Experience:

One of the biggest differences between this internship and a traditional music industry internship is the ability to see how multiple areas of the business operate together.

A student may participate in A&R research for an artist through LLC4 Records, observe how that artist's career and rollout strategy is developed through Untitledexport MGMT, and then assist with the visual content being created for that campaign through WaveChange.

This allows interns to understand the complete process behind developing and marketing an artist rather than experiencing only one isolated department.

Students are encouraged to explore each area during their training. As interns gain experience throughout the semester, they will have opportunities to identify their strongest areas and begin specializing in the departments and responsibilities that best align with their skills and career goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited two or four year college or university in the United States.

• Ability to appear at our Fairfield, New Jersey office on a weekly basis. Please note that LLC4 Records, Untitledexport MGMT, and WaveChange do not provide accommodation or transportation.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Commitment to an in person schedule of 20+ hours per week.

• Driven and Hungry: Possess a genuine passion for music, entertainment, marketing, management, content creation, or media and a strong desire to make a significant impact in the industry.

• Proficiency in Social Media Platforms: Demonstrate a strong understanding of how to create and optimize engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.

• Detail Oriented and Organized: Exhibit a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

• Team Player: Display a willingness to collaborate effectively with artists, label staff, management, marketing teams, production staff, and fellow interns.

• Adaptability: Show openness to learning new skills, working across different areas of the business, and developing professionally within the team.

• A proactive, detail oriented individual with a strong work ethic.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine interest in music and the entertainment industry.

• A creative mindset and a strong eagerness to learn and contribute.

• An interest in exploring multiple career paths before developing a specific area of expertise.

Bonus Points:

• Fluency in more than one language.

• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Previous experience, either academic or practical, within the music industry, marketing, artist management, videography, photography, social media, or with musicians.

• Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other creative and video editing tools.

• Basic understanding of creating engaging presentations.

• Experience creating social media content, filming video, photography, editing, graphic design, marketing, or artist development.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable real world experience across three interconnected music and entertainment companies at the same time.

Instead of seeing only one piece of the industry, students will have the opportunity to understand how artists move through A&R and label development, management and marketing strategy, and visual content production, all while training alongside professionals actively working on real projects.

Our goal is for interns to leave the program with not only practical experience, but also a clearer understanding of their individual strengths and where they can build a career within the music and entertainment industry.

If you're ready to immerse yourself in the fast paced world of music, management, marketing, and creative production while discovering your own area of expertise, we encourage you to apply!
