Nursing Team Lead (RN or LPN) – Full-Time Overnight
Seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as the Nursing Team Lead for our overnight staff. This leadership role will provide staff management, clinical support/oversight, guidance, ensure exceptional resident care and promote a positive team environment.

Schedule
Full-Time
Five (5) days per week
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Compensation 
$40.00 – $44.00 per hour, DOE
$3,000.00 Sign-On Bonus
Shift Differential

Required Qualifications 
• Current, unencumbered NYS RN or LPN license
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills 
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience 
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
• Staff management & mentoring experience

• Strong delegation skills
• Exceptional clinical skills
• Clinical oversight experience
