Project Coordinator Intern

Project Coordinator Intern

Compensation: $16/hour

Reports To: Program Manager

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to join our growing team. This role is a hands-on opportunity to get real exposure to project and program management in a fast-paced CPG environment — you'll support the Program Manager on strategic initiatives, learn how cross-functional teams operate, and build practical PM skills that go well beyond the classroom.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Program Manager and Project Sponsors on product change projects, helping track timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Help build structured project frameworks for strategic initiatives (product innovation, retail resets, product changes) under the guidance of the Program Manager.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality) to help keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Attend meetings and capture and distribute detailed meeting minutes to keep everyone aligned on progress.
  • Help identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and flag them to the Program Manager.
  • Assist with maintaining project documentation, plans, dashboards, and reports.
  • Support documentation workflows, including version control, file organization, and keeping teams pointed to the latest materials.

Requirements / Must Haves

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (rising junior/senior preferred).
  • Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative — able to thrive in a fast-paced, lean, mission-driven environment.
  • Resourceful and willing to figure things out when ambiguity arises.
  • Strong listening skills and note-taking ability; able to help translate complex projects into clear updates.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to support multiple projects at once.
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Suite and Slack; willing to learn new systems like Wrike.
  • Eager to learn traditional PM artifacts (project charters, risk registers) in a practical, outcomes-focused way.

Nice to Haves

  • Prior internship or coursework related to project management, operations, or supply chain.
  • Interest in CPG, manufacturing, or supplements.
  • Coursework toward a PM certification such as CAPM.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Hands-on exposure to real, high-impact projects across a fast-growing CPG business.
  • Direct mentorship from a Program Manager, with the potential to grow into future opportunities with the team.
  • A collaborative, supportive culture where curiosity, proactiveness, and resourcefulness matter more than rigid process.
  • The chance to contribute to a business that's #1 in its category.
