Location:  Mount Olive, NJ (On-site)
Pay Rate:  $24/hour
Duration: 8–9 Months

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement to support the implementation of POKA, a digital platform that will connect systems across Operations, Continuous Improvement, Safety, Logistics, and Laboratory functions.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate project activities and cross-functional teams

Support digital transformation and Continuous Improvement initiatives

Assist with process standardization, skills matrices, and training programs

Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders

Collaborate with Operations, Safety, Logistics, and Laboratory teams

We're Looking For:

Current students or recent graduates in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

Interest in project management, continuous improvement, and manufacturing operations

Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

Available full-time during summer and 20–30 hours/week thereafter (or full-time recent graduates)
