Clinic Manager – Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine

We are seeking a highly responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized Manager with excellent coordination and management skills to oversee the daily operations of an acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities and experience managing a healthcare facility. This position is essential to ensuring the clinic operates efficiently, supporting the staff team, and maintaining high-quality patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and management of the clinic, ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
• Provide administrative support, including appointment scheduling, patient record management, and coordination and communication among staff members.
• Handle staff-related matters, including training and performance evaluations, to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Establish and maintain a Utilization Management (UM) system to optimize patient care processes and resource allocation.
• Proficiently use Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, such as Epic and eClinicalWorks, to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare office management or related administrative management is preferred.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, particularly Epic and eClinicalWorks.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at different levels.
• Strong team-player mentality, along with excellent leadership and management skills.
