Special Education Teacher
Rebecca School is seeking a Head Teacher for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Rebecca School is a private school for students ages 3-21 who have neurodevelopmental diagnoses. Rebecca School utlizes the DIRFloortime methodology created by Dr. Stanley Greenspan, which supports development, students' individual differences, and is relationship-based.
Head teachers exhibit strong leadership, creativity, curiosity, energy, playfulness, and a passion for education. Teachers are the creative force behind designing and implementing individualized, developmental, and interest-based programming for each student while collaborating within a transdisciplinary team. Teachers should also be able to differentiate curriculum to meet the needs of a variety of learning profiles.
We are considering applicants that either have or are pursuing a Master's degree in Special Education or in a related education field and are open to learning more about DIRFloortime®.
