Pay Rate: $45–$65 per session (depending on experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy and engaging Instructor to lead our K-Pop Dance Program for elementary students. This after-school class focuses on building confidence, coordination, and self-expression through beginner-friendly K-pop choreography in a fun and supportive environment.

You’ll create an exciting space where students can learn, move, and perform while developing teamwork and confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Teach beginner-friendly K-pop dance routines and choreography
  • Lead warm-ups, technique drills, and structured dance sessions
  • Break down movements in an easy-to-follow, age-appropriate way
  • Encourage confidence, teamwork, and positive self-expression
  • Manage classroom energy in a fun but structured environment
  • Prepare students for informal performances or showcases
  • Collaborate with site coordinators and program staff
  • Provide consistent communication and session updates to the program team

Requirements

  • Experience working with elementary-aged children (required)
  • Background in dance, performance, or choreography
  • Ability to lead and manage group activities with strong presence
  • High energy, reliability, and professionalism
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Must maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with the team
  • Required to submit brief after-class updates/reports for each session
  • Organized, proactive, and dependable
  • Available for Fall 2026 after-school schedule
