Looking for an Application Support professional who can go beyond basic IT infrastructure, networking, or desktop support!

🔹 1+ year Application/Business Systems Support
🔹 Service Desk / Application Support / Customer Support
🔹 Strong issue analysis, troubleshooting & resolution
🔹 Excellent communication with dealers & business users
🔹 SQL for troubleshooting/data analysis
🔹 Microsoft Office, Power Platform or Dynamics 365
🔹 Knowledge of GAAP, bookkeeping, GL & reconciliations
🔹 Exposure to ITIL/LSM, APIs, integrations, Identity & MFA is a plus

⚠️ Important: Fully remote candidates will NOT be considered. Candidates with only basic infrastructure/networking/desktop support experience are not a fit.
