Job Purpose
HR Services Coordinator accurately and proactively manages data and employment processes for all faculty, unclassified staff, coaches and adjuncts. Works closely with new and established employees, supervisors, Academic Affairs and Budgeting and Payroll Services to facilitate hiring, termination and employment changes accurately and within critical payroll deadlines. Monitors front desk and provides quality customer service to College’s staff, faculty, and visitors.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and experience working with Human Resources-related systems and/or business processes is required. Experience onboarding faculty in a higher education environment is preferred. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to accurate record-keeping and data entry. Must have the ability to proactively plan and self-audit workflows and processes regularly to ensure data accuracy. Must have the ability to initiate and implement administrative procedures and evaluate their effectiveness. Must be able to communicate, comprehend, and carry out complex oral and written instructions. Must be able to meet strict deadlines. Must be willing to work in an fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Should have proficiency in reporting and working with Excel, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications. Technical proficiency in related systems and a willingness to utilize technology to proactively seek out solutions is highly preferred.
Must be able to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with departmental representatives, College Administration, and other outside agencies.

Manages related onboarding processes in the PeopleAdmin system, actively and professionally communicates with incoming personnel to facilitate their start with the College, and ensures all hiring processes comply with applicable federal, state, and institutional regulations.

Manages the accurate and timely processing of comprehensive personnel data—spanning hires, terminations, compensation changes, demographic updates, and payroll actions—for all faculty, adjuncts, coaches, and unclassified staff within College HR systems. Proactively enters personnel data into the Banner and PeopleAdmin systems and provides accurate personnel action items to Position Control to meet strict deadlines. Communicates policy updates effectively and ensures all employment actions strictly comply with federal, state, and institutional regulations. Continuously collaborates with academic departments to track faculty and adjunct employment continuity, while actively identifying opportunities to optimize overall HR workflows and processes.
