Growth Marketing & Social Media Intern

About the role:

We're looking for an ambitious, creative, and data-driven Growth Marketing Fellow to join the Jona family as we grow at lightning speed. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing alongside our Commercial, Sales, and Product teams to communicate Jona's vision to the world.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Creation: Support and execute our social media strategy — producing content in Canva, drafting sharp copy and creating video reels. Detail-oriented and creative, with a strong eye for brand consistency and an appetite for experimentation.
• Conferences & Events: Support the planning and execution of Jona's presence at industry conferences and events — managing booth setup, branded materials, and logistics with precision and care.
• Brand Partnerships: Support and help grow our network of partners across functional medicine, longevity, and wellness — maximizing existing relationships and identifying and onboarding new ones.
• Data, Insights & AI Tools: Support performance tracking and marketing reporting. Stays current on the AI marketing landscape and proactively experiments with emerging tools to improve team output.
• Research & Admin: Keep the team organized and informed — conducting research, tracking projects, coordinating timelines, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
   

What You’ll Bring: 

• Experience in growth marketing or a related role (digital health, wellness or startup experience a plus)
• Natural content creator — fluent in Canva, short-form video and social copywriting
• Familiar with digital marketing tools (e.g., Later, Klaviyo, Meta, Google Analytics)
• Curious about AI marketing tools and eager to experiment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented — comfortable with research and admin
• A go-getter and team player — positive, fast learner and energizing to work with
