As a Teacher, you will:

• Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children. 
• Implement our curriculum while adapting to the individual needs of each child. 
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, leadership, and community partners. 
• Support your center’s success through strong teamwork and engagement.

 What We’re Looking For

Teachers must be:

• At least 18 years of age 
• Have an associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field OR a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential Additional Requirements:
• Ability to meet state-specific licensing requirements 
• Successful completion of required background checks and fingerprinting 
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain 
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds 
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors and participate in physical activities with children 
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with children and families 
• Basic computer skills
