Ancient Futures Fund -- Majālis for the Arts Fellowship

Holistic Underground seeks 1–2 fellows to learn arts philanthropy, community governance, and nonprofit systems through mentorship, observation, and hands-on engagement with our grantmaking work. You'll explore how community-led funding is designed and sustained, participate in convenings and program activities, and complete a capstone project. Intermittent commitment (up to 5 hours/week). $1,500 stipend. Must be US-based; hybrid with occasional Bay Area in-person participation.

Ideal candidates are curious learners interested in arts, nonprofits, philanthropy, or community development—no experience necessary.
