Salesperson/ Designer
Job Summary:
Opportunity for a motivated, outgoing individual who is interested in sales, business development, technology, and design. Support the sales and design team in developing new business and building strong client relationships
- Learn to identify sales opportunities and guide prospective clients through the consultation and design process
- Build relationships with homeowners, builders, architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals
- Develop knowledge of luxury residential technology and learn how to recommend solutions based on client needs
- Gain hands-on experience in sales, system design, proposal development, and project coordination
- Grow toward managing your own client relationships, projects, and sales opportunities
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and follow up on new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, and industry relationships
- Assist with client consultations, presentations, proposals, and ongoing communication throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, builders, architects, designers, and other referral partners
- Learn to design and sell integrated solutions including audio/video, networking, lighting, shades, security, surveillance, and outdoor entertainment
- Utilize iPoint, System Survey, CAD, and related tools to develop proposals, system documentation, and presentation materials
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, programming, and installation teams to ensure the client's expectations are successfully delivered
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Interest in sales, business development, technology, or design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to build relationships and speak with clients
- Motivated by sales goals, professional growth, networking, and developing new business
- Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative and following through
- Ability to learn technical concepts and communicate them in a clear, approachable way
- Previous sales, customer service, or client-facing experience
