$42,000/year + monthly commission | Full-time | In-Office
Looking to launch a career in marketing and events? US Event Management is hiring a Booking Agent to join our Renton team — no prior industry experience required, just drive, people skills, and a willingness to learn fast.
What you'll actually be doing:
You'll be the behind-the-scenes engine that makes our client events run. You'll book and manage independent Brand Ambassadors for events, demos, and product tastings, help recruit and onboard new talent to our BA network, and work directly with our Regional Manager on client campaigns. Think fast-paced, people-focused, problem-solving work, no two days will look the same.

You'll be a great fit if you:
- Are organized, communicative, and good under pressure
- Like solving problems in real time rather than sticking to a script
- Have any experience in scheduling, events, retail, hospitality, or customer service (bartending or serving experience is a plus!)
- Are comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Have a valid driver's license
- Hold a high school diploma (college degree a plus, but not required)
Details:
- Full-time, in-person at our Renton, WA office
- $3,500/month base ($42,000/year) plus monthly commission opportunities
