Pangea World Theater Intern

At Pangea, we believe that when people from different backgrounds come together, beautiful things can happen. We not only produce performances but also actively engage in the community we are in and respond to social and political needs through community events and partnerships.

An intern at Pangea is encouraged to learn and pursue their own interests and desired areas of growth. Based on the passions and learning interests of the intern, they can receive experience in the areas below:

• Intercultural Live Performance
• Social Justice through the Arts
• Marketing / Connectivity

Requirements

• A minimum of current enrollment in a bachelor’s program is strongly encouraged. Experience in theater is preferred but not required. 
• A minimum of 10-20 hours week in-person/on-site.
• A recommendation of 3-4 months minimum.

Duration and Expectations
To stay flexible and open to all applicants, Pangea accepts applications year-round and will work with the intern on their goals based on the duration of
the internship.
