Paralegal
With dozens of precedent-setting results—like overturning Chevron deference—and multiple Supreme Court victories, NCLA has already established itself as a major difference-maker in the fight against the Administrative State. NCLA is seeking a dynamic professional to provide paralegal services and research in support of its nationwide litigation and appellate practice.
Founded by professor Philip Hamburger, NCLA is a nonprofit law firm, which engages in public-interest litigation to defend and restore the liberty established by the U.S. Constitution. NCLA fights unlawful administrative power’s disregard of constitutional freedoms, such as jury-trial rights, due process of law, and free speech. If being a key member of a constitutional litigation shop “saving democracy from the bureaucracy” sounds like a challenge you would enjoy, NCLA may be a good fit!
