Summary

Duties
You will gather, analyze, document, and communicate the business needs of assigned and managed modules effectively; and manage the scope, budget, and module intent through clearly defined requirements.
You will identify gaps in application capability commensurate with customer needs and communicate recommended solutions to the customer for risk management, budgeting, and capability prioritization with guidance.
You will collect, understand and document initial customer requirements in support of concept development with guidance.
You will provide overall Working Group status to peers and upper management with guidance.
You will Identify and manage business risks associated to changes, and identify and record risks, mitigation strategies and issues associated with modules assigned to respective Working Group.

Qualifications
DS-03: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DS-02 grade level or GS-5-8 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting with documenting and implementing standardized processes and procedures to support logistics and configuration management operations; 2) Evaluating and reporting on contractor configuration and data management systems, products, and tools to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective lifecycle management; 3)Using software applications to manage technical data products, maintain accurate records, and organize documentation; 4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to prepare reports, analyze information, maintain records, and communicate effectively. DS-04: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DS-03 grade level or GS-9/10 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing, documenting, and implementing requirements and management processes to support logistics and lifecycle management programs; 2) Evaluating, reporting on, and troubleshooting logistics documentation, configuration management activities, and technical data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements; 3) Conceiving, planning, coordinating, and monitoring documentation for weapon systems, ensuring the technical accuracy, legal sufficiency, and adequacy of required logistics documentation; 4) Writing clearly defined requirements, analyzing customer needs, and providing responsive customer service to resolve complex issues and improve workflow efficiency; 5) Managing project scope, budgets, schedules, and requirements throughout the project lifecycle to support mission and organizational objectives. Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: DS-03: master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related DS-04: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related Education Substitution - If you are using education to meet all or part of the qualification requirements, you must submit a copy of your transcripts or an itemized list of college courses which includes equivalent information from the transcript (course title, semester/quarter hours, and grade/degree earned) in your resume.
