Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Technical Lead with strong hands-on development, solution design, and technical leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, C#/.NET, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, and SQL Server solutions.

This role will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, debugging, integrating, enhancing, and supporting complex enterprise applications while providing technical guidance to development teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, development, programming, testing, and implementation.
  • 4+ years of experience in a lead capacity, providing technical direction and overseeing development activities.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, including building, coding, testing, debugging, and supporting CRM applications.
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • 5+ years of Azure DevOps experience for team collaboration and version control.
  • 5+ years of C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio development experience.
  • 5+ years of SQL Server 2012+ experience, including SQL development and stored procedures.
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and integration package development.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • Strong experience with application architecture, system integration, conversion, testing, implementation, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
