About the Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated college student to join our team as an Operations Management Intern at our plastics injection molding manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, process improvement, and supply chain.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily production planning and scheduling.
• Track production, downtime, scrap, and efficiency metrics.
• Analyze manufacturing data and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Support inventory management and material flow.
• Work alongside production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Help develop reports and recommendations for operational improvements.
• Gain hands-on exposure to injection molding and day-to-day manufacturing operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel and data.
• Willingness to learn and spend time on the manufacturing floor.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• ERP/ MES classes and practical knowledge
• Problem solving with 8D and 5 WHY models
• SMART Factory with process control tools
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge is strongly desired.
• Minor in Finance would be a plus.
