Oppidan Education is seeking reliable and engaging New York-based individuals to join our growing U.S. team as mentors. Role Overview:

We are looking for long-term mentors with flexible availability. Sessions typically take place on weekday afternoons and evenings (after school hours), though schedules can vary. This opportunity is well-suited for both recent graduates and experienced professionals with flexible schedules and are passionate about meaningful mentorship. 

What we're looking for:

• Strong communicators who are responsive and professional
• A genuine passion for supporting young people
• Interest in helping students—particularly middle schoolers—build confidence and communication skills

Compensation:

$80-100/hr
