About UniSova
UniSova is a student-focused platform that helps students find housing, roommates, marketplace items, and services. We are growing in Boston and New York and are looking for a motivated PropTech & Real Estate Strategy Intern to help us grow our housing platform.
What You’ll Do
- Research real estate and student housing trends
- Find new housing opportunities and potential partners
- Research landlords, properties, and neighborhoods
- Help grow UniSova’s student housing network
- Research competitors and other real estate platforms
- Find new ideas to improve student housing
- Connect with landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals
- Help with market research and business strategy
- Support the founding team on real estate projects
What We’re Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Interested in real estate, PropTech, and startups
- Good research and communication skills
- Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel
- Organized, curious, and willing to learn
- Creative and proactive
- Able to work independently in a fast-moving startup
- Previous real estate or startup experience is a plus
