Concessions Supervisor

Looking for a leadership role in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? Join the Concessions Team with Aramark Sports + Entertainment at Xfinity Mobile Arena, and help create an outstanding experience for thousands of guests during sporting events, concerts, and special events. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in hospitality, sports management, event management, food service leadership, or operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support hourly team members during events
• Oversee food and beverage service operations within assigned concession locations
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
• Ensure stands are properly stocked, organized, and ready for service
• Provide coaching, training, and support to staff members
• Assist with inventory, cash handling procedures, and staffing needs
• Help deliver an exceptional guest experience during peak event periods
• Support opening and closing procedures

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy events
• Previous supervisory, hospitality, retail, food service, or customer service experience preferred

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain food safety and alcohol certifications
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event days
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
