Investment Intern

This is a fast-paced, high-trust role with direct exposure to decision-making, founders, and the global technology investment ecosystem. Work directly with Joakim Dal, Partner at Bullhound Capital, at the centre of technology investing and company building.

You will be closely involved in the rhythm of the business - from company research and market analysis to meeting prep, IC materials, and building the AI tooling that makes the team faster - and play an active role in keeping everything moving.

What you'll do

Support deal work. Use AI and research skills to investigate companies, founders, and markets; prepare meeting briefs, background notes, and IC-ready materials. Learn investing by being in it.

Crunch the numbers. Analyse company metrics, build market maps and competitive landscapes, and pressure-test the claims in pitch decks with data.

Attend and capture. Set up and join meetings with founders, investors, and the team; take detailed notes, track follow-ups, and turn conversations into action.

Map the network. Enrich contact and relationship intelligence, surface follow-up opportunities, and support outreach to founders, investors, and LPs.

Business support. Support projects inside Bullhound: new ventures, fundraising, coffee runs and whatever the day needs. No task is too big or too small.

Who you are

A recent graduate in a STEM field that applies to our strategy. We invest across quantum, space, artificial intelligence, medicine, robotics and beyond. Analytical and rigorous, with an obsessive eye for detail, and AI-native. Intellectually curious and quick to pick up new concepts. Humble, hungry, and motivated by making things happen. Comfortable working independently and calm under pressure.
