Events/Screenings Staffers
Perception PR is hiring people for seasonal opportunities on our Events Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent grads and individuals looking to gain part-time experience in the film/television awards and events space.
We are looking for outgoing, dynamic individuals with exceptional social, written and oral communication skills to fill seasonal roles on the Events Team. Individuals on the Events Street Team are self motivated individuals who are responsible for supporting with the execution of event operations including:
- Implementing efficient guest check-in processes with minimal supervision
- Delivering superb guest experience to attendees and acting as an ambassador of Perception PR and its clients
- Drafting and turning-around detailed event recap reports in a timely manner, covering items such as: overall attendance metrics, guest experience and reactions to screenings and post-Q&As
- The ideal candidate can provide their own transportation, is comfortable standing/sitting for prolonged periods of time and has an interest and knowledge in the film and television awards world.
***These are freelance opportunities and are not eligible for benefits. Pay is hourly, starting at $25 per hour.
*** Individuals hired to the Events Team are expected to demonstrate discretion and sound judgment, and will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to their first staffing commitment.
