We're a three-person commercial team running 40+ active listings across Miami-Dade and Broward — retail, office, medical, industrial, and land. Our senior broker has 40+ years in this market. We move fast and expect the people around us to keep up. This isn't a coffee-run internship — you'll touch live deals and real data.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain our tenant, owner, and property database
  • Research ownership records, tenant rosters, and lease comps across Miami-Dade and Broward
  • Pull and organize listing data from LoopNet, Crexi, and county records
  • Prep flyers, offering memos, and email blast lists
  • Track submarket activity — openings, closings, expansions, who's moving where
  • Support outreach and follow-up to landlords, tenants, and business owners
  • Sit in on tours, broker calls, and pitch prep

What we're looking for:

  • Currently enrolled undergrad or grad — Real Estate, Finance, Business, Marketing, or Economics
  • Solid in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Detail-obsessed. Bad data costs us deals
  • Self-directed — you'll get direction, not hand-holding
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Genuine interest in commercial real estate, not residentia
