Now Hiring: K–12 Paraprofessionals & Classroom Aides – San Jose
Looking to make a meaningful impact while keeping a flexible schedule? The Education Team is hiring Paraprofessionals Classroom Aides in San Jose and neighboring cities. Support students one-on-one or in small groups, build real classroom experience, and work on your terms!
Responsibilities:
- Assist students with special needs in both general and special education classrooms
- Support lead teachers with daily routines, learning activities, and behavior management
- Provide academic and emotional support in a caring, inclusive environment
- Work closely with site staff and follow teacher or program directions
Schedule:
- Part-time or full-time — you choose your availability
- Minimum of 2 days/week, but 5-day availability is encouraged
- Assignments available Monday through Friday
- Schedules are matched to your preferences and availability
Requirements:
- AA/BA degree preferred
- Experience with children or in a school setting is a plus
- Comfortable supporting students with special needs
- Negative TB test required prior to hire
- Reliable, patient, and ready to be part of a team
