About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated entry-level recruiter who is excited to build a career in Talent Acquisition.

You’ll be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and connecting with candidates to screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process. You’ll also have opportunities to participate in career fairs, campus hiring, employer branding activities, and talent pipeline development.

No prior recruiting experience is required. Fresh graduates with the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Position Details

Location: Piscataway, NJ – Onsite
Experience: 0–1 Years / Recent Graduates
Salary: $40K - $60K

What We're Looking For

Recent college graduate or 0–1 years of experience

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Confident and comfortable interacting with people

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Proactive, positive, and willing to learn

Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools/ATS platforms

Passion for building relationships and helping people find the right opportunities

Previous internship, campus leadership, customer service, sales, or recruitment experience is a plus—but not required
