Insurance Sales Lab is looking for a video editor to create engaging content with a meaningful impact. We teach insurance agency owners how to run high-producing and profitable insurance agencies. Our brand is no-fluff - we teach our clients actionable steps to build their own business.

Responsibilities:
- Film our long-form projects: documentaries, docu-series, and educational content
- Edit short-form videos and reels for social platforms
Qualifications:
- Mastery of video editing software and programs such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
- Proficiency with camera and audio equipment
- Proficiency in graphic design
- Experience with paid advertising is a bonus, but not a requirement

Visualizing concepts is a big part of our teaching process—that's where you come in! We encourage creativity and want to work with hungry, humble, and talented individuals.
Compensation:
We believe in paying exceptionally well for outstanding performance. With a base salary of $60,000 annually, plus attractive bonus potential, our pay structure is designed to generously reward your hard work and contributions to our success.
