About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Intern who wants real hands-on experience across every corner of a busy, fast-moving marketing department. This isn't a coffee-run internship. You'll be trusted with actual responsibilities from week one, working directly with our Director of Marketing on campaigns, events, and strategy that reach thousands of homeowners across the region.

What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day marketing operations, including data entry and maintaining accurate records in our CRM
- Answer inbound calls and help schedule customer appointments with professionalism and warmth
- Help plan, coordinate, and staff local marketing events, sponsorships, and community activations
- Assist in building and executing marketing strategy, from brainstorming through to launch
- Support content creation and campaign coordination across digital and print channels
- Help track and report on marketing performance and campaign results
- Jump in wherever needed as part of a small, collaborative team
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- A proactive, "figure it out" attitude and genuine curiosity about marketing
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred; CRM or social media experience a plus
- Must be able to work in-person at our Oxford, Romeo, or Plymouth office and travel locally to events as needed
