Temporary Receptionist (One-Day Assignment in August)

As the Temporary Receptionist for this consulting firm in Washington, DC, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and staff. Serving as the first point of contact, you will provide excellent customer service and act as a central resource for office inquiries. We are seeking a polished, customer-service–oriented professional to support this consulting firm’s daily operations. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet and register clients and visitors at reception. 
  • Provide administrative support when needed. 
  • Maintain office calendar and office directories.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

The hourly listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
