AIGC Social Media Growth Intern

Mi Terro is building next-generation smart socks that turn an everyday wearable into a continuous health and wellness interface. We are looking for AIGC Social Media Growth Interns who can use the latest AI creative tools to produce highly realistic, attention-grabbing photos and short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.

This is not a traditional social media internship. You will be expected to create, test, publish, learn from performance, and iterate quickly.

What You’ll Do

  • Create realistic AI-generated product photos and short-form videos featuring our smart socks in real-world settings.
  • Develop TikTok, Reels, Shorts, carousels, memes, product demos, UGC-style content, and educational content.
  • Use AIGC tools for image generation, video generation, editing, voiceover, animation, lip-sync, and post-production.
  • Turn simple concepts into complete social content, from hook and storyboard to final edited asset.
  • Create realistic scenes involving people wearing and using our smart socks without obvious AI artifacts.
  • Test different hooks, visual styles, storylines, audiences, and content formats.
  • Study high-performing consumer, wearable technology, fitness, wellness, and lifestyle content and rapidly adapt winning formats.
  • Publish and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Track performance including views, watch time, engagement, shares, saves, follower growth, and conversions.
  • Build repeatable AIGC workflows that allow us to produce significantly more high-quality content without sacrificing quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • You should be someone who spends a lot of time on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or emerging AI creative platforms and naturally understands what makes people stop scrolling.
  • You should have:
  • Strong visual taste and an ability to distinguish premium content from obviously AI-generated content.
  • Hands-on experience with AI image or video generation tools.
  • Experience with tools such as Kling, Veo, Runway, Midjourney, FLUX, ChatGPT, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Strong short-form video editing skills.
  • An understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, storytelling, and social-native creative.
  • The ability to write effective prompts and iterate until the output looks realistic.
  • Strong attention to details such as hands, feet, body proportions, product geometry, lighting, shadows, textures, logos, and continuity.
  • A willingness to create many variations, test them, analyze results, and improve quickly.
  • You do not need years of professional experience. A strong portfolio, personal account, experimental AI project, or examples of content you created can be more valuable than a traditional resume.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If

  • You are obsessed with AI-generated images and videos.
  • You frequently experiment with new AI creative tools before everyone else does.
  • You understand why some TikToks get 500 views while others get 500,000.
  • You can look at an AI-generated person or product and immediately notice what makes it look fake.
  • You care about both creative quality and performance data.
  • You are comfortable producing quickly instead of spending a week perfecting one post.
  • You want meaningful ownership rather than an internship where you only execute small tasks.

What You’ll Work On

  • Our smart socks combine advanced textiles, wearable sensors, AI, and everyday apparel. Your job is to make people immediately understand:
  • Why would I want my socks to be smart?
  • You will help us turn product capabilities into compelling consumer stories around health, movement, fitness, recovery, daily wellness, and the future of wearable technology.

What You’ll Get
