岗位JD：

• Own product features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and AI systems.

• Build experiences that help candidates discover opportunities and help startups find exceptional talent.

• Design and develop scalable APIs, services, and workflows that power the core platform.

• Create AI agents and automation systems for sourcing, screening, matching, and recruiting operations.

• Integrate third-party platforms, data providers, and external services.

• Work directly with founders to turn customer feedback into shipped product improvements.
