Marketing Intern
We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive individual for our part-time Marketing Intern position. In this role, you will support marketing campaigns, sponsorship coordination, content creation, and general administrative functions. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, hands-on experience with Salesforce and Canva, and a focus on supporting smooth campaigns and ongoing content.
Responsibilities
- Sponsorship Coordination: Find new sponsorship opportunities for the company to attend and assist with scheduling sponsorship table opportunities.
- Campaign & Content Creation: Create and schedule LinkedIn ads, campaigns, and posts.
- Website Support: Assist with website blog posts and other general website maintenance.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain marketing inventory.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative support duties to keep team operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
Education: Expected graduation in Spring or Summer 2027 with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency:
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Canva.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including managing spreadsheets and using formulas).
- Working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
Core Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work output.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Position Details
- Career Growth: Intern-to-Hire opportunity — a full-time position will be offered after a successful internship.
- Schedule & Location: Maximum of 25 hours per week at our San Antonio office.
