HWS Forever Ambassador

Position Title: HWS Forever Class of 2027 Ambassador

Semester/Year: 2026-2027 Academic Year

Pay rate: $16 per hour 

Hours per week: 4-8

Start Date: 8/31/2026

End Date: 5/14/2027

 

Overview
HWS Forever Class of 2027 Ambassadors are enthusiastic and creative seniors dedicated to making their final year at HWS unforgettable while leaving a lasting legacy. Ambassadors play a central role in planning and promoting senior year events, building class spirit, and leading outreach for the Senior Class Gift campaign. This position blends event planning, peer engagement, and social media storytelling to strengthen participation and foster a culture of philanthropy within the Class of 2027.

This is an excellent opportunity for students who want to shape their class legacy, build leadership experience, and actively contribute to senior year traditions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Help plan, organize, and promote senior class events and traditions. 
  • Drive awareness and participation in the Senior Class Gift by sharing messaging and encouraging classmates to give back. 
  • Serve as a key student voice in committee meetings, contributing ideas for events, engagement strategies, and campaign initiatives. 
  • Create and manage engaging content for HWS Forever social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). 
  • Capture and share photos, videos, and stories from senior events to highlight class experiences and giving milestones. 
  • Use social media, word-of-mouth, and peer-to-peer outreach to increase event attendance and campaign participation. 
  • Collaborate with other student leaders to amplify messaging and strengthen class-wide engagement. 
  • Assist with event execution including set-up, tabling, and on-site promotion. 

 

Qualifications

  • Member of the Class of 2027 (expected graduation May 2027). 
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated to enhance senior year experiences. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to engage peers. 
  • Comfortable with social media platforms and content creation (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). 
  • Creative, organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines. 
  • Passionate about school spirit, senior traditions, and encouraging philanthropy.
