Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The Office Assistant provides administrative and customer service support to the SACD Dean's Office by assisting with daily office operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
- Responsibilities may include greeting visitors, answering phones, responding to general inquiries, filing and organizing documents, preparing materials, assisting with data entry, supporting special projects and events, and performing other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
- This position requires professionalism, confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Architecture Student
Preferred Qualifications (if any):
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or comparable office software.
- Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Anticipated Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5:00p
