Support and mentor youth in a therapeutic residential setting
Help youth develop life skills and healthy coping strategies
Lead recreational, educational, and community activities
Foster positive relationships and serve as a role model
Create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where youth can thrive

Qualifications

✔ Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or 60 College Credits

OR

✔ 2 Years of Experience Working with Children

OR

✔ 7 Years of Parenting Experience

Applicants must also:

✔ Be at least 21 years old
✔ Possess a valid driver's license
✔ Successfully complete background screenings
