School Psychologist
As a School Psychologist and become a vital part of a mission-driven initiative that's transforming mental health support in Catholic schools.
In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary treatment team to create a nurturing and responsive environment tailored to each child's unique needs. You'll provide direct counseling, contribute to special education processes, and participate in innovative research-all while making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual counseling to students not receiving mandated services
- Actively participate in the Committee on Special Education (CSE) process
- Collaborate with educators, families, and clinicians to support student success
- Contribute to research and program development initiatives
- Promote emotional wellness and resilience across school communities
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in School Psychologist with Current Certification as a NY State School Psychologist.
- Experience with children with trauma histories.
- Experience with classroom-wide evidence-based treatments.
