Schedule: Primarily weekends (Friday-Sunday)

Position Overview

Winning Ways is seeking energetic, professional, and motivated Brand Ambassadors to represent premium travel and lifestyle brands in high-traffic promotional environments. In this role, you will engage with prospects, deliver compelling brand messaging, generate leads, and help create a positive, high-converting guest experience.

Expected Responsibilities

- Proactively engage with guests and prospects to generate qualified leads

- Deliver active brand messaging for: Travel + Leisure, Eddie Bauer Adventure Club, WorldMark by Wyndham, Sports Illustrated Resorts, Margaritaville, Club Wyndham

- Set up and break down promotional booths and event materials

- Maintain a polished, approachable, and enthusiastic presence at all times

- Assist with appointment setting and guest follow-up

- Represent the Winning Ways brand professionally and consistently

Minimum Requirements

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Must have reliable transportation

- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
